PROJECT: Y2K Conversion The Year 2000 Conversion project required the development of worldwide Y2K compliance and certification policies, providing support and review of implementation of conversion requirements, and supporting the command center. The project required a SMI Business Analyst, a Network Analyst, and a Senior Software Engineer. The combined responsibilities of the SMI consultants included project management, Cost Analysis, Manpower Analysis, Integration Support, Programming and Management Support, Information Systems Analysis, Telecommunications Management Support, Technical Program and Administrative Support.
