Sysmet.Net’s
candidates are assessed through a four step process before being
hired. The first step is an in-person interview done by a recruiter.
The recruiter screens for minimal technical skill, gathers further
personal data, and reviews the work history along with gathering
references.
In the
second step, the technical interviewer puts the candidate through
a thorough and extensive technical interview, including (in some
cases) testing, looking for the skill level of the candidate in
the System Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC). All questions at every level
are geared towards hands-on experience. The interviews determine
the technical capabilities and personal work ethics of each candidate.
In the
third step, a comparison is made between the candidate’s personality
and the corporate environment to determine if a match exists.
Finally, background checks are done on every candidate prior to
submission on an assignment. The work history and educational background
are checked for accuracy. In addition, questions are asked to assess
the candidate’s work ethic, work strengths and weaknesses,
and their ability to get along with their peers.
