How We Do it Right

Why we are the leader in corporate .Net education and training

With over forty classes and rapidly expanding set of management seminars, there is a wealth of information to help you and your organization in mastering every aspect of Microsoft's new .Net technology.. However, with so much educational content, it can sometimes be difficult to know where to start, or how to find exactly what the best selection will be. This section will help answer these questions, and help you get the best for you and your organization.

Finding what you need...

There are many ways to locate what you need in .Net education, with different offerings being more appropriate or economical in certain situations. Below are the ways that we think are most useful.

Rapid or Gradual .Net Immersion Learn Parts or ALL of .Net -
No two companies choose the same path to get to .Net. Some organizations arrive at .Net in an ad-hoc fashion, trying Visual Studio for the first time liking the ,Net experience then proceeding in small incremental steps. Other organizations have a larger picture in mind already knowing where .Net can take them, wanting to absorb the productivity and new technology benefits as rapidly as possible. They know that the sooner .Net is absorbed the sooner it can be used to rapidly lower IT costs and open a new generation of IT capabilities and management. At sysme1.Net we understand your .Net needs, are mindful of your economics and can get you to .Net according to your time frame within budget and with expert levels of mastery. Because we teach .Net ONLY on the corporate level (no public courses, videos, etc) we do .Net right We do it right by customizing all our courses to your organizational needs. Learning any new technology can be exciting but something like .Net although exciting, is not easy. To make .Net mastery as productive as possible we custom present each of our .Net offerings to your needs and the needs of your staff. We do it three ways… using pre course interview assessment, short cycle targeted presenting and custom follow-up (needs alignment).

Pre course interview assessment -

Before we teach we interview - both you and your designated attendees. These short interviews insure that every .Net session delivers maximum effectiveness. Our up front interviews insure that we neither under teach or over teach to your specific needs and understanding levels - insuring that your staff will connect all the .net dots at every learning session … Because we understand your staff our exclusive pre class graphic profile shows exactly what we will teach and how it will be emphasized to each attendee. By know our audience ahead of time we (background, threshold learning levels, needs) we produce a learning segment schedule that emphasizes and graphically recommends what course segments needs to be attended and mastered by and for each attendee.

Short Segment Learning -

.Net is new, so new that to many some concepts can only be acquired via traditional long segment learning. Long segment learning often results in a student getting “lost” in the first forty minutes of a class rendering the reset of the learning day ineffective. Our exclusive “short-segment” learning insures that your staff is never lost due to learning overload. Topics never cover a full day and are spread out over multiple sessions to be revisited, reinforced and fully understood. Our short segment learning is a key ingredient to all our .net master courses and a technique found in all our education offerings.

Custom follow-up and needs alignment -

When we teach any .net topic we assume that each attendee has a purpose for learning .Net. Our pre course interview is designed to seek this goal and once identified our master instructors adjust their presentations to insure that the material presented serves the immediate goals and needs of each attendee. Attendees can usually go from classroom to application design and productive programming immediately.
